Meet the CHILL F Street Gang

CHILL at Stuart Hobson

Every Sunday morning at 9:00 AM the Capitol Hill In-Line League engages in the longest running regularly scheduled pick-up roller hockey game in the Washington, DC area. Visit the CHILL archival site to learn of our long and distinquished history including our continuing fight to regain the right to play at the Park Service's Anacostia Pavillion.

If you play roller hockey and want to get in on the fun join us at our current sanctuary, the Stuart Hobson school, 5th & F Sts., NE, any Sunday morning at 9:00 AM. You can usually catch week night games at the Hine Upper Grade Center (7th & C Sts, SE) on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 PM (daylight savings months only).

The group of dynamic athletes in the collage above is about 2/3 of the CHILL senior team. The collage, and a more recent shot of some of the group are brought to you courtesy of the graphical skills of star winger Neil Rubino. A larger version of the original group shot is also worth a look. Check out some action shots at Stuart Hobson and from some earlier games at the White House in our photo gallery.
